This is such a great article. Science, so far, has shown many dietary correlations but cause seems to elude us. Gut microbiome along with more recent oral (mouth and gum) microbiome, and the link between the two, suggests that even though blanket dietary suggestions can be made, results will certainly differ individually. Unique and individual microbiome is an additional reason why science can’t suggest to everyone what exactly what we should be eating.
