Really nice article Tania Conte I face a very similar situation in my current role and work place. The intention to release and place the user and ux at the forefront is there, however practically, pressures of release schedule and bad habits are preventing this from really taking hold.

In fact I’ve tried point 2 of your article tonight. I think generally as UX leads the onus is on us to just “get on and do” in order to make change. I think a lot of the opposition is purely a mindset one and it’s up to us to encourage the correct behaviours.
