I’d love to know if you’ve been able to maintain any of your meditation practises or slow, deliberate, more intentional ways of being now you’ve returned and in the rhythm of work?

I see most of us living a life that involves commuting, working, eating at a time set not by our body, working, commuting and sleep. It’s an unmovable treadmill and I want to learn how to get off and not just how to slow down.
